Agnieszka Różycka

Founder & CEO

Logistics is her lens for seeing the world. If a container from Shanghai reaches Gdańsk on time, five friends shouldn't need more than five minutes to pick a weekend. She embedded that principle in MeetTime, leading strategy, product design, and B2B partnerships.

Jakub Zborowski

Co-founder & CTO

Web developer, SEO & UX specialist. As a freelancer, he's been building responsive sites and apps with an analytical approach to every project. At MeetTime he makes sure the link opens in 200 ms, the interface feels intuitive, and the app shows up where users actually search.

Julia Chmiel

Community Lead

An organiser by education and passion. She knows that for an event to work, someone has to think ahead. At MeetTime she runs partnerships with local venues and communities — from cafés and climbing walls to university clubs — making sure every detail is buttoned up.

Our story

From frustration to an app.

Every great thing starts with one simple question.

May 2026

The spark

Agnieszka tried — again — to organise a night out with friends. Chaotic messages, endless back-and-forth and zero result. She thought: 'Why does this have to be so hard?' Instead of giving up, she decided to fix it.

17 July 2026

First reality check

A 50-person event in Kraków. Real people, real friend groups. Zero theory — just live feedback. MeetTime meets its future users face to face.

What's next?

No more chaos when planning meetups. No more hundreds of messages with no result. From now on — one click and you see the people who matter.

Three people, one problem

Agnieszka shared the idea with Kuba and Julia. Turns out the same problem had been killing their friend groups for years. One conversation — the vision was clear. A few days later — they were building.

October 2026

App launch

The full version of MeetTime lands on iOS and Android. One friend group, one link, zero chaos. What started in a group chat is now changing the way people meet up.
